Refund / Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your business and strive to provide each and every customer with the best service possible. That is why, if for some reason we are unable to reinstate your account, we will refund 100% of our fee. Please read our refund / cancellation policy carefully.

We, Appeal ASAP, will refund the full amount of our fee within 30 (thirty) days of purchase if (1) A Plan of Action (POA) is not received within 7 (seven) business days of purchase or (2) Appeal ASAP is unable to reinstate your Amazon Selling Account. If payment was by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 20 (twenty) business days of returned service or cancellation request.

We reserve the right to refuse to take on any account.

Services may be cancelled up to 4 (four) days after purchase but not after receipt of POA from Appeal ASAP.

No refund will be given for services successfully rendered. To provide the best service to each of our customers, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep us informed about your Amazon Seller Account. If no update is given within 7 (seven) days of receipt of Plan of Action from Appeal ASAP, we will consider the account reinstated and no refunds will be issued. It is imperative that our customers communicate with us even if they have not heard anything from Amazon, so that we can provide them with the best service possible. As long as we have open and honest communication our refund policy remains valid.

Hiring a similar business or service to help with your suspension will void any guarantees.
